> When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed on Fridays. Please allow up to 2 weeks before your order will arrive.
Some products may take up to 3 weeks before your order will arrive.

> How do I find by year make or model?
It is actually pretty easy, all you have to do is enter your year make or model in advanced search and click vehicle search. Currently, searching a year is kinda buggy, but we are working on fixing that. Very soon, you will be able to add your vehicle(s) in your account settings to append all listing to just your vehicle.

> What should I look for on my credit card statement?
The order will show up as DeoX Services on your credit card statement.
DeoX Customs is a child company to DeoX Services just like DeoX Designs

> Whats the status of my order?
We will periodically update you on the status of your order via email. You may also ask about your order via the contact form.
Be sure to include your name and Confirmation Number so we can look your order up. Some orders will also come with tracking numbers for shipment to which we will provide you. Your order cannot be processed until payment has cleared.

> What do your other customers think about the store?
You can see what other customers are saying about our products by product reviews. You can also view and post comments on our news postings. To post comments, you must be a registered customer. You may also visit the DeoX Customs Forum at DeoX Designs setup specifically for DeoX Customs.

> Why do you require registration to purchase your products?
We feel it will make your current and future transactions much smoother. By require this, you will not need to add information each time you buy from us. Also, we will not sell or give away your information under any circumstances unless required by government authorities of the United States by federal law. As well, we will never have your credit card information.

> Why is paypal your only source of payment?
Currently PayPal is all we support. PayPal is fast and secure. One of ebays most desired form of payment is through PayPal. We will also be supporting StormPay in the future, as well. Both sites are secure so you know your payment details are safe. If we have enough customers request direct payment then we will go ahead and implement it.

> I have a suggestion, but I am afraid you won't like the idea?
We are always open to new ideas. Your idea could be something we haven't thought of. After all, we are here for you.
We think you should have a say about how you would your shopping experience to be. So go ahead and send us your ideas and we'll do our best to implement it.

> Can you sponsor my race car?
We do not sponser race cars at this time. It is something we will look into in the future. We will be having promotional offers in the future that will include DeoX Customs stickers that you are free to place on your race car. However, it will not be considered an official sponsorship.
